Our signature class - 30 minutes of cycling followed by 30 minutes of boxing!

Get 30 minutes of cycling and an off-the-bike 30-minutes of strength training.

Cycle + Circuit™

It's a 40-45 minute workout - 4-minute intervals that rotate between riding on the bike and strength training off the bike.

The Fitness Studio

The studio is located on the Main Line at 53 Rittenhouse Place in Ardmore PA. Currently, due to COVID-19 and the uncertainty of the safety of indoor workouts, we are offering virtual classes, outdoor workouts at Linwood Park, and in/outdoor hybrid classes at the studio.

In/Outdoor Boxing Classes

We offer 45-minute in/outdoor hybrid boxing classes featuring 6 outdoor stations and 4 indoor stations on our first floor that are physically distant.

WorkOUTDOORS

Our outdoor interval workouts are Wednesdays and Saturdays at 8 a.m. at Linwood Park. We also offer our signature Boxing + Beats classes on some Tuesdays/Thursdays at 5 p.m.

Virtual Classes + Replays

Our LIVE virtual classes - intervals, Boxing + Beats, and indoor cycling - are offered weekly and available through replays.

Private Training Sessions

Whether your goal is to be healthier or to feel stronger, Jen + Jeff will help you reach that goal through a carefully planned personalized fitness regimen. They will also help refer you to other sources who can help with other aspects of health + fitness. Sign up for a six-week training challenge or just for a pack of 1:1 sessions. (We are currently offering virtual training + outdoor training options.)

FUEL On The Go

Want to get FUELED UP at your workplace or event? FUEL-On-The-Go is boxing on the move. FUEL Cycle Fitness will bring the equipment, the music, and the instructors to your office, event, outdoor space, etc. Contact us to get set up!

Pedal + Punch + Purpose

When we bring this back, we offer unique Pedal + Punch + Purpose events where we combine our love of cycling and/or boxing with a purpose by supporting non-profits. Have a non-profit that needs fundraising? Reach out to us and we can partner up for an event!

FUEL at School

We now offer FUEL at School, our on-site after school boxing fitness program for preschool, elementary, and middle school students. Find out if your school is involved and if not, how you can request a FAS program for your child. [Virtual options are available.]
