SAFE, SOCIALLY DISTANT FITNESS CLASS OPTIONS
In addition to our virtual classes, we are keeping fitness safe by offering outdoor classes at Linwood Park and hybrid indoor/outdoor classes at FUEL Cycle Fitness.

WorkOUTDOORS LIVE @ Linwood Park Classes
Our outdoor classes at Linwood Park are held on Wednesday and Saturday mornings at 8 a.m. and occasionally on Tuesday/Thursday evenings at 5 p.m. (Check Instagram for the latest!) Classes are for all levels and we keep the class physically distant and avoid touching shared equipment. Classes are either our signature interval-style bootcamp or Boxing + Beats cardioboxing class.
You can sign up for the class on a weekly basis by sending $15 via Venmo to @JenCrompton. Classes canceled due to weather will result in a credit toward another class and you will be notified at least 60 minutes before class begins.
Offering Hybrid Indoor/Outdoor Boxing Classes
Our indoor/outdoor boxing classes are safe, physically distant classes that include a hybrid setup. The class set-up includes six stations outside of the studio and 4 stations inside (heavy bag, double-end bag, speedbag, and uppercut bag). The outdoor stations include a mix of speed, agility, balance, endurance, and boxing fundamental drills. The class is approximately 45 minutes and does require that you bring your own boxing gloves.
You can sign up via MINDBODY by purchasing a single class for $25. Pre-existing class packages cannot be used for these options. However, if you have a class pack, we are offering a “booster pack” that will allow you to reactivate your class pack and use them for the new class options. Please email Jen and let her know you would like to reactivate your package and she will help you out!
