Join us for our indoor cycling, boxing fitness, and our signature combo classes including Pedal + Punch, Pedal + Pump, Pedal + Pose, Boxing + Beats, Boxing + Bursts, Cycle + Circuit, CycleX and BoxingX.

Our regular class schedule includes indoor cycling + boxing fitness class options each day, Monday through Friday.
We offer classes on Saturdays and Sundays and are only closed on select holidays.
We will continue to add class variations and additional class times as we expand our schedule.
