Our private training sessions are designed with the individual in mind. Each pack of sessions is carefully planned to help you improve your skills, cardio, and strength, and to meet your goals set forth during the initial booking session. Through a variety of assessments and drills, Jen + Jeff will help you reach your optimal fitness levels and push you through your journey with boxing and/or cycling-inspired workouts that will get you moving.
