We have a variety of amazing class options – everything from our 50-minute boxing fitness and 45-minute indoor cycling classes, to our signature Boxing + Beats and combo classes (see our complete schedule). And now, we are excited to offer our + Classes!
Our + Classes are 30 or 45-minute add-on classes (they can be added onto any regular class when they’re available) for up to 8 or 10 people, which will provide the opportunity to put in some extra work and continue to FUEL the Cycle!
Our + Classes include:
- + Pump – strength focused including weights and bodyweight exercises
- + Pulse – a barre-inspired workout with weights
- + Pose – our FUEL-style yoga
- + Bursts – a HIIT interval workout
Classes will be included for + Members/$5 for regular members/$10 for non-members. You must sign up in advance and our cancellation policy does apply. (Please note: Our + Classes are not available as standalone classes to non-members and are not available to those using Classpass.)
There will be additional types and the schedule will expand as we get into the fall/winter months!
